Natural Bridge Falls

Last Sunday we went on one of my favorite drives. We ended up at Natural Bridge Falls in the Gallatin National Forest. The hike was definitely different this year with a newborn. Last year when we visited we took an incredibly steep trail right down to the falls. Probably not our finest moment as parents but it was pretty cool to be that close.

Arlo's first hike. He was clearly thrilled.

Of course the picture doesn't do it justice. It's HUGE. We were little specks next to it. 

The Boulder River is on the other side of those pines. It's basically like a giant water slide.

This was as close to the edge as he'd let me get. What a boob. Also, baby weight. Woof.

We went home to hang out & ended up down by the river.
