February 2018

Tyson spent part of his paternity leave remodeling our tiny kitchen. Here's the before:

During.

After. He painted our cabinets white, replaced the countertops, added white subway tile, replaced our sink/faucet, and replaced all of the hardware.

Kindergarten check up.

Steve Irwin at the 2nd grade wax museum.

This kid.

Emmett loves his baby brother.

This is the space simulator at Mason & Presley's charter school. Arlo was accepted into kindergarten there so we took him on a tour.

His eyes are the best.

Emmett's first brother sleepover.

Sunday breakfast is very important at our house.

Waiting for the dentist appointments. No cavities!

Trying to play Tyson's right-handed guitar.

Everytime I put him in the wrap he pushes away and stares at me.

Hair.

Valentine's Day tradition.

One month old.

Fresh from Cookie Cutters.

Fresh from the barber.

He's so excited to be in Cub Scouts next month! He was invited to their Hogwarts School of Scoutcraft and Skillery blue and gold banquet.

Sunday best.

Bill Skarsgard over here.

He rules the house.

Welcoming Papa home from the basement.

Playing the Jurassic Park theme song.

He made that mask in his art class and decided to wear it home on the way back from parent/teacher conference. Teenagers are weird.

Tyson treated the boys to a snow day so they skipped school and work and went sledding.

Nothing better than this.

Why do teenage boys insist on wearing shorts in the middle of winter?

Tyson surprised me with an early birthday gift: a new dresser!

Arlo and his mini-me.

Movie date with my littles.

Snapchat fun.

6 weeks old already.

Movie night with Tyson.

January 2018

This boy & his best buddy.

Siblings!

 & cousins!

We finally met my niece, Nayeli.

Supposedly it's winter. We miss Montana.

Reading to his kitty.

Last date before Isaac was born. We saw The Greatest Showman & LOVED it. The soundtrack is playing nonstop these days.

LEGO all the time.

Trying to tame Isaac's hair. It didn't last.

Me: "Show me how cute you are." This is his response.

Our happy corner of the bedroom.

Pretending to be the baby.

Homemade granola bars for my bottomless pit teenager.

My littles.

He's a good brother.

YouTube session.

We made it to Sacrament.
