Presley's 2nd & Mason's 1st Moose Chase! It was freezing, but as with most outdoor activities in Montana, anything goes. We bundled up & had fun anyway. Mason took 1st place in the 50 yard diaper dash. It was the cutest thing I've ever seen. After his race he hopped in the jogging stroller & we all ran behind (wayyyy behind) Presley in his 2.5k. He took 5th! Can't wait until next year. =)

distractions

The weekend after Scout died I did my best to keep everyone busy & outside. It was for me, mostly.

Our sweet girl, Scout, was killed. Our Labrador killed her in our kitchen & right under my nose. It was devastating & traumatizing to say the least. I'll leave out the details. 

We gave her a proper kitty funeral in our yard. She is very missed.
