mini home tour.

here are a few images of our livingston, mt house. we've been here for a month & a half & i'm still unpacking boxes & arranging items in our home. it's definitely a work-in-progress & i have several projects lined up for it. hopefully i'll have more time to work on them when presley goes back to school. 

this house is quite a bit smaller than our provo home, but we're making it work until we're ready to purchase a home up here. i have several dreamy, charming homes on my wishlist. 

our bedroom. we have a closet, window, antique standing mirror, & a bookcase with our computer (which i am sitting at as i type) on the opposite wall. =)

bathroom, obviously. we share it so i wanted it bright & colorful. 

this is our toy room / study room. i'm quite fond of this wall in particular. just about everything you see here is vintage / thrifted. i adore it & am always looking for new-to-me items to add to my collection. the opposite wall has a bay window with a desk, telescope, craft supplies, & way too many toys.

we gave our pretty dining room set(which i inherited after my mom passed away) to my brother & sarah so we could save space in our little home. that pedestal table will hopefully look like this after we refinish it using this tutorial. until then, i have a lovely vintage tablecloth on it. :)

living room. the kitchen, patio, bathroom, & two bedrooms are to the right of the fireplace. & the door to the left leads to the toy / study room. 

i believe that every woman's home should always have fresh flowers. 

notice that i didn't post any photos of our living room furniture (other than the tv)? yep, that's because we don't have any. in an attempt to save money on a moving van & because we really wanted to start fresh with "our" furniture, we sold or gave away ALL of our couches. & we had lots of them...his bachelor pad couch, my chaise lounge chair, leather loveseat, leather sofa, matching leather chair, & ottoman. now, we can't decide if we want to buy a couch from ikea and pay an additional $300 for them to ship it to montana, or buy a charming vintage couch & have it re-upholstered. we're sticking with the camping chairs until we decide.
